A gesture of openness and permanence, Horizon Cultural Center celebrates heritage, innovation, and the shared future of a community — in a building that embraces light, land, and collective experience.
Inside, the building houses flexible galleries, an auditorium, education spaces, and a public forum — all arranged along the interior curve to maximize spatial flow and natural light.
With its minimal palette, high-performance skin, and immersive spatial sequence, the center becomes a new landmark for cultural exchange and continuity in the region.

This modern art gallery and cultural hub, situated on a 2-acre plot (87,120 sqft), aim to create an immersive experience by seamlessly blending contemporary architecture with curated art installations, fostering dynamic cultural interactions.
