Designed to host out-of-town staff and visitors, this hospitality suite was designed with open plan bar, lounge and reception area for gatherings and meetings, as well as small meeting rooms, hidden phone rooms and a library space, creating a multifunctional meeting and workspace.

Zen Escape
The Tropical Zen Escape is a rare find— an adaptive reuse building that transformed unused commercial space into spectactular condo units. The design transports residents to a serene paradise with its nature-inspired
motif. The condo’s use of natural materials, tropical plants, and the use of the existing concrete floors brings the beauty of the outdoors inside.
IT Team Suite
A complete interior building renovation, this new office space was designed with training areas, open office work area, multiple meeting rooms and cafe/break room. Felt panels were used throughout for both visual and acoustic privacy. Custom-designed window film adds privacy at the offices and meeting rooms.
The Hideaway
This beautiful downtown condo unit is the ultimate Urban Jungle Hideaway. Embracing sustainable design principles, the design connects residents with nature through recycled wood flooring and eco-friendly materials and finishes.
Midtown 29
A 21-story building with 309 units, the project features private cabanas on the pooldeck with TVs, fans and beverage chilling station; poolside bar; 24-hour fitness center & yoga studio; clubhouse with business lounge; dog spa; studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Downtown Residence
Located in the heart of downtown Miami, this project’s design celebrates the city’s cultural diversity while prioritizing sustainability. The project features ethically sourced materials and a commitment to sustainable practices.
Innovation Center
A leader in voice recognition technology, this client wanted to create a place where engineers, scientists and researchers could work together in an setting dedicated to R&D. The layout was designed for maximum interaction with primarily open workspace and just a handful of offices, with multiple team rooms, an “amphitheater” for large team meetings and inter-office communication, a large cafe space, collaboration areas and outdoor roof deck.
Oceanfront Condo Residence
A contemporary coastal condo unit, this residence captivates with its seamless integration of natural elements and sleek design. The condo’s use of natural stone, glass, and stainless steel materials creates a clean and
