A wine & liquor retail point of sale for local restaurants. An event space for Art Basel and the SOBE Wine & Food Festival. An office space for SGWS’s specialty teams. To accommodate all these functions this event space located in the heart of Wynwood spans 17,000 square feet of a former 1920s industrial warehouse. The open ceiling features the original heavy wooden beam structure of the building, which served as the intial inspiration for the modern/industrial design concept, seen in the overall look and feel of the space and all of the design detail elements.

Developed in conjunction with the Brightline high-speed train project (providing service between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach & Orlando), this 24-story residential tower houses 290 rental units. The building is located directly across the street from the new Brightline station & features floor-to-ceiling windows in every unit. Amenities include a pool-side lounge & private cabanas, outdoor yoga & fitness areas, activity lawn with a movie screen, outdoor dining/grilling & bar areas, & a dog park with adjacent pet salon. Interior amenities include a TV lounge & gaming room, fitness center & spinning/yoga room, & a business center.
Parkline Miami
Developed in conjunction with the Brightline high-speed train project (providing service between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando), this residential project is comprised of two towers that rise up from the train station and are directly accessible to the station via elevator. With more than 800 units, the project features a “Central Park in the Sky”: a two-acre amenity deck with multiple swimming pools, private pool cabanas, lounge areas, outdoor yoga and fitness areas, activity lawn, outdoor dining/grilling and bar areas, and a 1/2 mile running track. Interior amenities include a TV lounge and gaming room, a private spa/massage room, fitness center and spinning/yoga room, bike storage and repair stations, clubroom, private lounge, business center, a coffee bar, and a lounge area.
