Designed as a vibrant extension of the modern workplace, The Annex offers a fresh, light-filled environment for teams to collaborate, create, and thrive.

The Annex is a dynamic open-plan workplace that brings color, light, and vitality to a creative office environment. A bold yellow ceiling element traces the main circulation path, bringing rhythm and clarity to the space while enhancing brand visibility and wayfinding. With expansive glazing, flexible workstations, and integrated focus zones, the space supports a wide range of work styles from collaboration to deep thinking.

The material palette is clean and modern: exposed concrete, warm wood accents, and vibrant color blocking. Glass-enclosed meeting rooms and breakout spaces maintain visual connection without sacrificing acoustic privacy. Every detail was designed to cultivate creative energy.

maiko Studio introduces “Lumière Gallery & Cultural Exchange,” a groundbreaking project in London that redefines the traditional art gallery.

This modern art gallery and cultural hub, situated on a 2-acre plot (87,120 sqft), aim to create an immersive experience by seamlessly blending contemporary architecture with curated art installations, fostering dynamic cultural interactions.
