Set within Malibu’s golden light, this residence frames the landscape, while balancing luxury and sustainability.
This 4,000-SF home is designed for indoor-outdoor living within the eternally sunny landscape of Malibu, California. The frame that defines the structure of the house creates multiple elevated exterior patios and balconies. The back of the house is home to many outdoor amenities, including multiple lounge areas, as well as the pool and fire pit.
*All of the PassiveNest Residences are designed to have a minimal impact on the environment, with smart home technology and solar panels to minimize energy use.

This modern art gallery and cultural hub, situated on a 2-acre plot (87,120 sqft), aim to create an immersive experience by seamlessly blending contemporary architecture with curated art installations, fostering dynamic cultural interactions.
